- Creative process: The artist will work closely with the client to ensure that the artwork meets the client's expectations. The artist will provide regular updates and allow for reasonable revisions during the creative process. Process start from Sketch > Colors > Render
- Payment: The client needs to pay 50% for the queue and another 50% After the sketch process.
- Copy right: The artist retains all copyright and intellectual property rights to the artwork. The client may use the artwork for personal purposes, but may not use the artwork for commercial purposes without the artist's express written permission. The client may not reproduce or distribute the artwork without the artist's permission. The artist may use the artwork as part of their portfolio or for self-promotion, with attribution to the client if desired.
- Refunds: Once the artist has started work on the commissioned piece, refunds are not permitted. If the artist is unable to complete the artwork due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be refunded the full amount paid.
- Timeline: The artist will provide an estimated timeline for completion of the artwork, and will make reasonable efforts to complete the artwork within that timeframe. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and the client acknowledges that the timeline is an estimate only.
- Cancellation: Either party may cancel the commission at any time. If the client cancels the commission, the artist will retain 50% of the fees paid up to that point, and the remaining 50% will be refunded to the client. If the artist cancels the commission, the client will receive a full refund of any fees paid.
- Confidentiality: The artist will keep all details of the commission confidential and will not share any information with third parties without the client's express written permission.
- By commissioning artwork from the artist, the client agrees to all of the above terms and conditions.
